In this role

As a Delivery Management Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that production planning and delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Prepare and maintain short term and long term production plans

• Manage production orders and ensure timely execution together with production teams

• Monitor material availability and proactively prevent shortages

• Optimize production schedules and ensure efficient use of capacit

• Support supply chain processes including BOM creation, pricing and data accuracy

• Coordinate material flows between factories to secure availability

• Work actively with SAP in production planning processes

• Drive continuous improvements in planning and operational efficiency

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customers

What We Expect

You have a structured and proactive way of working and enjoy solving operational challenges.

• Relevant education at secondary level or higher

• Good practical skills in MS365 tools

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• English language skills at minimum B1 level

• A responsible and reliable approach to work

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in production planning or familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an advantage
