Salary range: 3500–4500 €/month (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Arnon Tampere team!
In this key role, you’ll serve customers as a vital part of our delivery operations — ensuring smooth order handling, timely deliveries, and an outstanding customer experience.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of ARNON’s strategy, and as Account Manager, you will directly contribute to our growth across various customer segments.
Your Main Responsibilities
Manage daily communication with your customer accounts
Pricing and offering of customer quotations and order negotiations
Responsible of handling customer orders and delivery coordination
Booking of orders in ERP system
Oversee change management in customer orders, including documentation and product configuration updates in SAP
Monitor execution of customer orders to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely deliveries
Role is part of delivery process organization
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience and knowledge of sales and order-to-delivery processes
Experience with modern information and erp systems (SAP S4/HANA is an advantage)
Advanced data processing and working skills
Fluent Finnish and English language skills
Understanding of electric engineering or general technical curiosity is a benefit
